Titulaire d\u2019un BTS Conducteur de Travaux \u00e0 l\u2019EBTP de Vincennes, Xavier s\u2019est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en DAO\/CAO, gestion de projets et suivi d\u2019ex\u00e9cution. Son parcours l\u2019a conduit de la France \u00e0 l\u2019Afrique, en passant par la Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise et l\u2019oc\u00e9an Indien, o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 des fonctions cl\u00e9s au sein de structures h\u00f4teli\u00e8res de prestige et sur des projets de construction d\u2019envergure.<\/p>

out au long de sa carri\u00e8re, Xavier a pilot\u00e9 des projets de construction, en assurant la direction et le suivi d\u2019\u00e9quipes dans des environnements complexes. Il a conduit l\u2019ouverture et la pr\u00e9-ouverture d\u2019h\u00f4tels haut de gamme, en mettant en place l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9conomats, des proc\u00e9dures de gestion des stocks et des dispositifs d\u2019approvisionnement. Il a \u00e9galement coordonn\u00e9 la logistique et la maintenance de structures touristiques et nautiques, garantissant s\u00e9curit\u00e9, conformit\u00e9 et performance op\u00e9rationnelle. Enfin, il a exerc\u00e9 des fonctions strat\u00e9giques en management h\u00f4telier, avec un r\u00f4le central dans la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts, l\u2019optimisation des achats et le renforcement de l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>
