His career has taken him from France to Africa, through French Polynesia and the Indian Ocean, where he has held key positions in prestigious hospitality structures and large-scale construction projects.

Throughout his career, Xavier has led construction projects, overseeing teams in complex environments. He has managed the opening and pre-opening of high-end hotels, establishing comprehensive procurement departments, stock management procedures, and supply systems. He has also coordinated the logistics and maintenance of tourism and nautical structures, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Finally, he has held strategic management roles in the hospitality sector, playing a central role in cost control, procurement optimization, and the reinforcement of operational excellence.
